Whitehole.net is all about motivating people to write short stories. To do that we hold regular contests (Rounds) which are open to anyone who would like to submit. There are a few rules that should be followed:
We are looking for short stories under 10,000 words in length. I will consider serializing novels or longer stories.
Most of the Rounds are for a specific genre / theme - please keep your submission appropriate to the Round.
If your story includes profanity, sexual references or anything else that could possibly be deemed offensive, please place a note at the beginning of your story to warn other readers.
If you are going to try and get your story published, please let me know in advance! These stories are publically available and I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt your chances of publication.
I must receive your stories by 11:59 pm on the deadline date. Anything received after this will be applied to the next round.
