intelligent  - posted by Cin 03-10-2007 21:43
It's been a while since I've read this book. I remember being blown away by the fact that even though it was technical and intelligent, it was understandable. Very suspenseful and mysterious up to the end.

Crichton at his best  - posted by Rusty 03-09-2007 21:16
This is hands down my favorite Crichton novel. Lent to me by my aunt (who had just picked it up one day at the grocery store) I couldn't put it down! A very smart and mysterious SciFi thriller. I like Michael Cricthon a lot, but I consider some of his later books to be too over the top. This one, however, is "just right."

Very cool underwater adventure  - posted by Rocky Keele 03-08-2007 22:14
Probably my favorite Michael Crichton book. As with most Cricton books, this one was nonstop action and adventure. This one takes place under the ocean when a team of researchers have to interact with a strange alien artifact found by the navy.
