I loved the journal entry style. Dracula is very much more mysterious and fearsome than in the Dracula movies. Stoker is a master of suspense and horror. It's not a long book, but it was a little of a long read.

I read this book several years ago. I woke up with a true "nightmare" where dracula was poised over me with a stake as big around as a railroad tie and 7 feet long. The story explained how he had become a vampire and it was all new to me. Great book!

My favorite oldtime horror novel. I remember never wanting to book the down. The chase at the end is awesome.

One of my favorite horror stories. Not too gruesome, with some mystery and action thrown in.
